Thank you for a successful summer season!
Thank you for a successful summer season!
WTC Motorized Trail Ambassadors logged 18 hours over the summer, 14 hours on the Basalt to Gypsum Trail system and 4 unofficial hours on Forest Service Rd. 779.
The WTC OHV Trail Crew logged 20 hours on the Forest Service Windy Point Project and an additional 53 hours on other projects.
Thank you to all that helped to spread the word about safe and lawful OHV use on town streets in Avon, proper trail etiquette and the principles of Leave No Trace. We appreciate your hard work, dedication and support!
Finally, as we near the end of the summer season, please join us in educating users about seasonal hunting and wildlife closures in our area. Closure dates can be found on the White River National Forest website. Click here for the East Eagle/Holy Cross Motor Vehicle Use Map and here for the West.
Way to go TEAM WTC! Keep up the good work!
Thank you for your support!
