This is it!

This is it!  The Second, and hopefully FINAL, READING and PUBLIC HEARING of the Ordinance to permit Off Highway Vehicle use on public roads in Wildridge is scheduled for 5:35p.m. on Tuesday, May 25th.  This is a Zoom meeting.  You can click here to register and receive log in credentials.  We have heard that the opposition in coming out in mass and would like to ask that you attend as well. 

The Council Packet Materials are now available.  Please review the Memo from the Town Attorney and revised Draft of the Ordinance.  I did not see a sunset clause.  This is good news.  I highlighted the changes, but if I missed something let me know.  If passed, the Town would require liability insurance when many other counties and cities do not.  If you feel this causes undue burden, please email council@avon.org and copy me with your thoughts.

Finally, June 8th, there is a Work Session on Forest Service Rd. 779.  Please put that in your calendar as well.  I will forward more information on that when it becomes available.
